Summary
Valver Fluketrick is a small gnome located within Gnome-Town. He is often found on street corners and taverns, trying to convince anyone of his conspericy.
The Scurrying Man
Valver believes a small man who seems to be following him all the time, as well as being completely intertwined with current events. One example is the disappearance of Leobardus, which Valver believes that the little man is responsible for which he claims to have learned in a dream. He also believes that the scurrying man is a shapeshifting dragonborn. This is evidenced of a story he told Shnarkle, in which he found the running down a narrow ally, but upon investigation, only found a dragonborn statue.
